The real work

They say happiness is the ultimate virtue. While happiness is a state of being, it is also a product of how we are which one could call the real work:

The real work is when you surrender your ego, and dedicate your life to helping others. The surrender marks your engagement with your highest potential; your true, authentic self. You do not seek approval, you seek ideas that are unique and improve the quality of life. You are not concerned with failures, you are carving an uncharted path to create something better. You express yourself without care of being defined one way or another, yet you have respect for others.

The real work is behavior that resonates with your core. What is your work?
