About

My name is Arya, and my mission is to help individuals lead at their best through better conversations everyday.

Many people struggle with personal growth and forming genuine connections. I guide them on a journey of self-awareness and relationship-building through experiential workshops and personalized coaching. Over the years, I’ve trained thousands of individuals toward greater calm, connection, and resilience.

Living in various countries, I’ve learned that quality of life is measured by the quality of conversations and the most powerful conversation in the world is the one we have with ourselves everyday.

My book is titled “Panic in the Soup”, an introspective comedy that explores the journey to self-awareness amidst chaos. I also host the “BeeNow” podcast, and my stand-up comedy sheds light on our shared human absurdities.

I hold a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University, a Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science (with a specialization in Human-Computer Interaction) from the University of California, San Diego, and a certificate in Expressive Arts (EXA) in Therapy and Education from the European Graduate School in Switzerland.

My “me time” includes cycling on dirt trails at sunset in Roseville, California.
