My name is Arya and my mission is to spread wellbeing.
In a VUCA world (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous), many people struggle with emotion skills under stress, which can impair trust and performance. I guide people on a journey of situational awareness to regulate emotions and form deep relationships. Over the years, I’ve coached and trained thousands of individuals to gain insight into who they are and what they want.
I believe in the power of deep listening to affect change by asking the right questions rather than having all the answers.
My book is titled “Panic in the Soup”, an introspective comedy that explores the journey to self-awareness amidst chaos. I also host the “BeeNow” podcast, and my stand-up comedy sheds light on our shared human absurdities.
I hold a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University, a Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science (with a specialization in Human-Computer Interaction) from the University of California, San Diego, and a certificate in Expressive Arts (EXA) in Therapy and Education from the European Graduate School in Switzerland.
