BeeNow podcast, Episode 49 Henry He is a local Sichuan who lived half of his life aboard. He was a hospital-based counselor, mental health educator, and registered clinical nurse (Psychiatry) in Australia for over 10 years. Henry is also the founder of The MINDCARE Project, a mental health service platform in Chengdu, which provides educational programs, training, workshops on stress management, mental health awareness, depression/anxiety prevention, and mental health first-aid. He believes real health is not only someone’s physical health or financial/social status but also the level of happiness in his/her inner world.
