Deep inside the ocean, a tiny blue fish swims around in pitch darkness. She is on a quest to continue life in the unusual depths of the sea. This fish has survived conditions of extreme pressure and uncertainty. With a refined taste and intelligence, she searches for treasures. Everything is dark for the fish so there is no vision in the conventional sense. But there is a way of responding to sonic vibrations that move across the ocean. There is no concept of distance or light, there is only a sensing of what arises. One day while wandering the depths, she notices a tiny source of light. She has never seen anything like it before. One night, my cousin and I stayed up all night to work. He was studying for his pilot exam and I was editing my book. At around 4am, I was laying on the ground staring at the computer screen, immersed in the content. My cousin then gets up from his desk and lays on the ground and says to me, "are you afraid of death? Is that why you're working so hard? Is that why?" And he falls asleep.
